BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ: Your appointment must be reserved with a credit card at the time booking. This is not an upfront charge but a reservation hold. However, if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, if you are a no-show, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your card will be charged $20–$40 per service. The exact amount is based on the cost of the service(s) booked—typically 50%. A deposit will be required in order to rebook after a missed or late appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and request a partial service and or you are accommodated with a shortened or reduced version of your scheduled service(s), the full amount of the original service(s) booked will still be charged. There are absolutely no exceptions to these policies. I kindly ask that you please be considerate of my time, as well as the time of others. Please note, I do not remove nail work done by other salons or technicians. All enhancements or materials from previous providers must be fully removed before your appointment. If any product from a prior service remains at the time of your visit, the appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. UrbanSexyChic is a completely odor-free, natural nail salon suite. I do not offer or remove dip or acrylic services. Thank you sincerely for your understanding and continued support.
