SHIPPING

We utilize multiple shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver packages within the US and abroad. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays.  Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days $12.95

Expedited Shipping 2-3 Business Days $24.95

Overnight/Next Day Shipping $36 (order must be placed by 2:00 pm EST Same Day)

* Inclement weather, distance from the sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking, please contact the delivery service utilized with any issues with delivery times.

If you suspect your item has been miss-delivered or lost -- PLEASE put in a claim with the delivery service utilized BEFORE sending an email to customerservice@urbansexychic.com. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.
