Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
If unsatisfied, clothing may be returned within 3 days of delivery date. Items must have attached tags and be in protective packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact customerservice@urbansexychic.com with the order number and return request listed in the subject line. We will not accept returns on damaged or worn items. Please read below for all policies and procedures regarding returns, refunds and exchanges.
What items are returnable?
Apparel and shoes are returnable within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. SALE / Marked down merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT returnable
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
· Free gifts or promotional items
· SALE items & Items marked FINAL SALE
· Sunglasses
· Bodysuits
· Jewelry
· Swimwear
· Lingerie
· Worn items
· Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear and or unattached tags.
· Shipping fees
Once we have received your return, please allow up to 10-14 business days for your refund to be issued.
